TSMC Begins Trial Production of 1.4nm Chips for 2027 Devices

Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company has begun trial production of chips using its groundbreaking 1.4nm process technology, representing another leap forward in semiconductor manufacturing.
The new process node promises a 25% improvement in performance and 35% reduction in power consumption compared to TSMC's current 2nm process.
